At Iced Anthem, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@icedanthem.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
